the keto diet Well, a diet is actually the food human eats. But in another sense, it refers to the food restrictions one puts themselves to, in order to lose weight.
This just means to eat fewer calories during the day, and to put in some exercise and get in to ‘perfect shape’. But not everyone who exercises does it to get in perfect shape. Some have their own medical reasons. But here we talk only about the first one, for this diet.
