Performing CrossFit at home

First is the arm snatch exercise. Spread your legs more than the length of your shoulders and point your toes outwards. Make sure you hold a dumbbell between your feet. Squat, hold the dumbbell in your right hand and get up while you are on your toes.
Stick your elbow out while holding the dumbbell. Next, bend your knees and hold the dumbbell right above your head. Then squat again like the first position and this completes your first workout. Make sure you switch the dumbbell to your other hand.
In this, one must crawl without touching the knees on the ground and keep it bent. Start with your left foot and hand and do this for 30 steps.
Spread your legs and hold a dumbbell in front of your body then squat holding the dumbbell still in front of you. Stand up straight bringing the dumbbell above your head and repeat the first step.

In this hold the dumbbell in your left and hold it above your head. Place your right leg forward and kneel on the left leg making a 90 degree. Do the same thing with your left leg forward without putting your arm down. Alternate between legs and also the dumbbell hand placement.
Stand in front of a box of step and squat to jump quickly over the box. Do so in a quick manner and go to the other side. Turn around and do it again from the side you are standing.
