Drinking more water, apart from fighting dehydration also helps in reducing body weight. Drinking half a litre of water may increase the calories you burn by 24–30% for an hour afterward. That too, drinking water before a meal will enable us to reduce the calorie intake. This would show best results when lukewarm water is taken in empty stomach at early morning.
