Find a personal maximum of 3 repetitions in the exercise. To begin with, well razmomnites with PVC-stick. Then, start working with the stamp. Gradually add to the neck pancakes (5 to 10 kg.), Until you find your personal maximum of 3 repetitions in the exercise.
