The trainer of the Mango fitness club Arthur Rainer helped to highlight the main advantages of working with a personal trainer in the gym, and six fitness commandments were obtained.
1. DO NOT HURT YOURSELF IN THE HALL
The main commandment! It’s hard for her to follow if you do not know how to choose the weight of the projectile or just squat: so close to the injury. Personal training in the gym for women in this context seems to be an obvious choice and a guarantee of safety, but men often do not pay enough attention to technology.
2. SET YOUR GOALS COMPETENTLY
A competent definition of the goal, based on the capabilities of the body, is half the success. And it is the personal trainer that helps to identify what is possible now, and what will be real in a month or two, or even later.
3. USE YOUR TIME RATIONALLY
In a big city there are many opportunities and little time. Exhibitions are not watched, friends are not seen, training is not going to be. In these conditions it is important that a trip to the fitness club brings the maximum effect.
4. THINK ABOUT HEALTH
The club “Mango” employs specialists in rehabilitation fitness, which will help restore health after injury and come into shape after giving birth. In general, any personal training in the gym for women, and for men, is designed to improve health. Obviously, the trauma requires special knowledge, but any coach will do something more out of the class than “beautiful form by the summer”.
5. EAT RIGHT
A very common error in dealing with fitness is the wrong diet. Personal training in the fitness club is also a nutrition consultation. The coach does not prescribe a diet: this is the field of nutritionists. He gives individual recommendations, based on existing habits in the diet. Such consultations help to correct weight and improve health.
6. LOOK FOR SUPPORT
Doing it regularly is difficult, but it is possible, if there is psychological support. You do not have to do everything without help: you’ll run out of resources and exhaust the spirit. Each coach supports his client on a thorny path to sports and fitness happiness.
