Cindy crossfit is the best option if you are traveling and have no gym near you. If you can’t find  a pullup bar, you can always look for alternatives…

There are just no excuses to not exercise. Let’s see how to get this cindy crossfit workout the right way? Here is what you need to perform the cindy crossfit:

  • 15 squats
  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups

The three exercises should be performed in 20 minutes. The idea is to set your timer for 20 minutes, get as many of those exercises as possible in that 20-minute timeframe.
So, once you finish a round of 15 squats, 5 pull ups and 10 push ups, you start another round, with no rest in between.

Hmm to be honest, there are two diet systems that perfectly go hand in hand with crossfit workout:

The basic idea of paleo diet or the hunter gatherer diet is to eat like our ancestors used to eat.

Put differently, paleo diet is about removing all the crap from your plate and eat only raw foods. Paleo diet allows you to have fish, meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds.

In paleo diet, carbs, sugar, legumes and grains are a NO! NO!

If you can start small and then progress, this diet will work for you, like no other system. But it takes a little time and patience at first. Once you are used to it though, everything goes smoothly.

The second diet is the zone diet:

The zone diet differs from paleo in that it focuses more on finding the balance between all macronutrients, carbs, proteins and fats. The adherers of the zone diet stick to a balanced diet,  rather going all carbs or carb-free.

Bottom line. Now you have two diets to choose from. If you are more sensitive to carbs, I advise you to go paleo. If not, you are free to choose between the two. Anyone of those can work for you.

  1. A Great Sense Of Community

    One thing I love about crossfit is that you get to know people sharing the same room with you,  most often crossfit are done in groups, unlike traditional gyms.

    This effects to a great extent your physical performance. You have peers. You have pressure. And you have motivation. What else do you need to kick those pounds in the a**?! Nothing, I guess!

  2. Absent? No way!

    Another thing about this community is that people know each other like a family! If you happen to not show up, everyone will notice. And I guess you don’t want that to happen. That’s a little embarrassing but vital for your dedication and success!

  3. So Much Competition:

    Competition get your blood boiling, your adrenaline to go up, resulting in much more effort than training alone. Competition pressure is good.

Cons:

Look! crossfit is not a perfect system, as any other system. It has its pros and has also its share of downsides.
Here some of the downsides of crossfit you need to think about before jumping deep and emerging yourself into it:

  1. Very Expensive:

    crossfit box are filthy expensive, sometimes two to three times the monthly expenses of regular gyms. So if you are on a budget, please think twice before leaving your gym for crossfit

  2. Dealing With A Bad Coach Is No Fun!

    This is one of the drawbacks I find really frustrating about crossfit. You have to always have a coach and if you don’t like the coach that much with one, you will end up hating not only him, but the entire place. Be picky with that!And there you go. Compare things yourself and see if crossfit works for you or not.
