In this exercise, you need to find a personal maximum. To begin with, well razmomnites with PVC-stick. Then, start working with the stamp. Gradually add to the neck pancakes (2.5 – 5 kg.), Until you find your personal maximum in the exercise.

  • DU (Double Unders) – double jumping rope
  • V-Up – V-fold. Exercise on the press with simultaneous raising of legs and hands

  • AFAP (As Fast As Possible) – complete the task as quickly as possible
  • KBT (Kattlebell thruster) – weights with weights
